Sweaty Betty is promoting a healthy lifestyle by allowing everyone to get fit for free by joining the multitude of classes they offer every week in all of their stores across the UK. It’s often hard to find workouts that we like, that keep us entertained and our mind focused on the exercises- but trust me, these will keep you engaged. Sweaty Betty has collated the best trainers in the UK to coach you for free, so you have no excuses. These 45 minutes class are the perfect way to sweat out all the bad toxins we have accumulated during the holidays and a good way of putting yourself back into shape.

This month’s campaign revolves around boxing, Sweaty Betty has teamed up with the renowned 1Rebel boutique studio to bring the iconic Rumble workout to their stores and online. The workout consists of a combination of shadow-boxing techniques with martial arts – hence expect lots of punching, kicking and squatting. What a better way to shake off work stress?

The mastermind behind this workout is Mila Lazar, 1Rebel master trainer, loved by celebrities and gym-goers. Her classes’ sell-out as fast as Coachella tickets and apparently attendees have achieves serious results.
